Diary Post 27

I have been working on my evaulation, and will be recording this as soon as possible. I have also been working on my print designs, putting them into different scenarios like tube stations, billboards and on buses, I created an additional poster to fit onto buses, and these will be on my blog!
  I am also showing my music video to my media class, where I can get some audience feedback, this will be on be blog soon!

Diary Post 26

During the last week, I have been finishing my music video in After Effects, after correcting the mistakes I made, I have left my video to export (which takes quite a long time!) and hopefully everything looks right and if I am happy with it, that will be the final version! :)
   I have also written two of my evaluation questions, I aim to have written it all by the weekend, so I can record it one day next week and then start putting it all together on Adobe Premiere, I want to make this as multi-media as possible and include as much as I can!

Second Draft Music Video

This is my second draft of my music video, its the version where I must have moved some clips on After Effects as some of the clips don't match the song timings, and some clips don't edit as smootly as I want, so this is the version before I had corrected these errors.

Editing my Music Video: Filters

I have also been using different filters on After Effects to see what looks best, I chose one called 'Blue Crush' which made every clip a little darker and more blue, this was so overall my video looked more professional as all the clips were in the same colour and had a constant theme. Diary Post 25

During this week, I have been working on my music video in After Effects, this took a lot more time then I had planned, I didn't realise how many effects and just how much you could do on Adobe After Effects, so made the best out of it as I could! I have been watching tutorials such as 'video co-pilot' to help me with certain effects and tools, this has been really useful.
   I have almost finished, but when watching my draft of my music video, some clips had been moved so the singer wasn't in time with the song anymore, and I had missed some greenscreen shoots which went really fast, so by watching it properly I was able to note down these mistakes and I am now correcting them.

Final Magazine Advert

After getting feedback from my target audience, I changed and improved my magazine advert to what they wanted to see. I chose to make it a double page spread as I think my artist would be well known already, so by using a double page, it shows her status and importance. I also think it would be advertised in magazines such as Cosmo, Sugar, Teen Vogue, Elle and magazines similar to this, as these would be what my target audience would read.
